ENFOLD WINES is a small family owned, sustainably farmed vineyard in Paso Robles, California. We produce about 275 cases of wine a year. Each bottle is handcrafted, blended, made to be paired with food, drinkable now but will improve with age, sophisticated. Made for the wine aficionado.

ENFOLD, (v.), to contain. fold, (suffix), having many parts. It is our goal to blend our estate grown Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvedre, Grenache, and Syrah, creating a whole greater than the sum of its parts. A wine which is complex and well balanced with tastes of dark cherries, spice and currants. Subtly different every year.
